Take a Therapist "Refresh" with These Products and Services
Sometimes, we need a nudge in order to prioritize our needs, prime our environments for relaxation, and take care of ourselves with consistent habits. I'm always experimenting with new habits that will help me be more present in my life and work and, as a result, allow me to prioritize what matters most. In this post, I list a variety of products and services that will simplify your days, and make your soul care routine.
1 | Relax
Balance Box
Balance Box is a "monthly subscription curated for healers and helpers." Created by a therapist, the Balance Box is the perfect resource (or gift) for therapists in your life (including you)!

The tea of the month club from Plum Deluxe is sure to comfort you and your clients as you interact in the therapy room. Alternatively, subscribe and have a quiet moment, with an organic cup of tea, at home.
TheraBox
The mission of TheraBox is "to inspire happier lives through practical joy boosting activities and thoughtful products." Founded by a therapist, the products in the subscription box are designed to boost neuroplasticity, and therefore, happiness. See what's inside.
2 | Learn

3 | Work
Hub for Helpers
Hub for Helpers is a relatively new service for mental health professionals. Find resources to use with clients during sessions, and create your own hub of resources to use again and again. Learn how to subscribe, or become a seller.
Therapist Aid
Created by a licensed mental health counselor, "Therapist Aid is dedicated to helping mental health professionals improve their craft by providing free evidence-based education and therapy tools." Check out the free downloadable resources on the site.
4 | Eat
You'd be surprised how often my coaching clients bring up the topic of eating, or, more specifically, not having time to eat. The best way to establish a new habit is to prepare for success. Here are three meal planning services that will keep your belly happy!
Prep Dish
Prep Dish is a meal planning service offering gluten free and paleo plans. You receive an email each week with the week's meals, shopping list, and prepping and cooking instructions. Prep on your designated "prep day," and follow the steps for completing your meal on "meal day." The meal plans include a snack, dessert, and salad every week.
Real Plans
Subscribe to a meal plan based on your preferred eating style. This service also includes plans for temporary eating programs (e.g., Whole 30). Add recipes to your plans from your favorite food bloggers, and ensure you're taking delicious food to the office!
Pepper Plate
Pepper Plate is a free, do-it-yourself meal plan website. Within the site, you are able to add recipes from URLs (a delicious new recipe you saw on Pinterest, for example), plan your weekly menu, and automate your shopping list. Organize your cooking and eating with this website.
*Please note: I am not an affiliate for these products. I have used some of them for my own soul care, and I like to support therapists, and others, who are creating innovative businesses. For these reasons, I chose to share them with you.
